Artisan and Vintage Markets

Launched in the Summer of 2022, my Artisan and Vintage Markets are all about championing the amazing talent we have right here in the South West.

Each Market is seasonally themed, and full of inspiration.

My hope is that you will gather with your friends and family, enjoy soaking up the atmosphere and spend the day with us.

- Summer Market: 27th June

- Christmas Market: 21st and 22nd November

Coffee and cake plus breakfast and lunches are available throughout the day from the onsite cafe at Monks Yard.

Christmas Market

I'm super excited about this year's Christmas Market. Building on the success of last year, I'm delighted to be hosting 44 amazingly talented stallholders.

Taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November, this is the first year I'll be hosting the Market over 2 days.

My hope is that this gives greater capacity for more people to join us, but also create space for everyone to soak up all the Market has to offer.

I'm delighted to have swing and jazz singer, John Prescott, back at the Market. John always helps us to create the best festive atmosphere. John will be singing on both days for a few hours, from around mid morning.

This Market is sure to get you into the Christmas spirit, and will be a lovely place to get special gifts as well as seasonal pieces for your home.

The vision...

I knew I wanted my Markets to be a little different. From only selecting South West based businesses, to having a real passion for quality, I want to curate each Market with this clear focus, ensuring that each business that attends, compliments the next.

I also wanted to bring together three of the things I love; talented makers, delicious food and drink and Brocante style vintage wares; I believe this combination makes my markets pretty special.

A lot of effort also goes into the creative, seasonal displays at each market; with the idea to create an event which hopefully inspires and bring joy. The atmosphere's are always really special too; they have a wonderfully relaxed, but uplifting vibe, and are a great opportunity to gather with your friends and family.

The Markets offer a wonderfully unique shopping experience, showcasing the amazing talent that exists in the South West, but for me it is also about creating a space where connections and relationships can be built; both between customers and stallholders, but also within the stallholders. I believe if everyone feels welcome, it makes for the most positive and joyful atmosphere.

My Markets are made up of three wonderful stallholder groups...

  • Makers...

    From jewellery, ceramics, soaps and artists; each market is full of many amazing creative makers.

  • Artisan food and drink producers...

    There will be many delicious things on offer at my markets, from baked goods and cakes, chutnies and jams, cheese, wine and gin.

  • Vintage Curators...

    I absolutely love the charm of vintage pieces, big or small; you'll find a gorgeous selection of brocante style pieces for your home and garden.
