Delivery and Click & Collect Information

We offer 2 options for delivery; a fixed rate of £4.95 for all posted orders and a 'pick up' service from our Somerset shop.

Once we have processed your order we will aim to get it packed and posted out to you within 3-5 working days. In busy periods packing and delivery may take a little longer than usual.

All your orders will be packaged beautifully and posted out to a very high standard. We hope your parcel will be safe on it's journey to you, however should your items be damaged when they arrive please notify us within 5 days.

During these current times, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order before getting in touch on hello@nestandnettle.co.uk

Pick Up:

Should you wish to collect your order from our Somerset shop, please select the 'pick up' option in the delivery section of the check out. Items are required to be collected from our shop near Ilminster;
nest and nettle, Monks Yard, Horton Manor, Horton Cross, TA19 9PY.

Once your order is completed, we will email you to confirm that it is ready for collection from our shop.
Please do not come to the shop until you have received this notification to let you know that the items are ready.

On collecting your order, please bring along a copy of your order receipt.
